Literally works around the clock and makes time for whatever schedule you may have. Will work with your own budget to find a home that is right for you and looks out for your best interest. And is very knowledgeable about the market and what adds value to a place etc… and doesn’t be little you regardless how silly a question may seem.

Julia is hands down the best Realtor I’ve ever worked with. I would highly highly recommend her to anyone I know. Not only is she warm and personable, but Julia is incredibly responsive and eager to get to know the needs of the client, and then she works tirelessly to meet those needs. Whether it is the weekend, the evening, or in the borrowed moments throughout the day, you can count on Julia to be available and ready to support you.

Julia was always 10 steps ahead of the deal, ensuring that all the pieces were lined up to ensure for success. Additionally, she was super knowledgeable about regulations and policies related to the nuances of each listing we explored. She went above and beyond in many ways, stretching far beyond expectations for her role as a realtor.

When I first met Julia, things were in transition for us after the quick sale of our home, and she was a key part of helping find a beautiful new home (in record time), so that we can build new roots as a family. I am so delighted to have been able to work with her!

Our decision to move from Ottawa to Victoria during COVID began with a call to Julia. She carefully listened to our description of the type of home we'd be looking for and asked all of the important questions to help narrow our focus. She explained the challenges of the Victoria real estate market, but assured us she would help us find the home we were looking for. She then set us up with a daily email containing new listings to help us get a feel for the market.

When we finally arrived, Julia introduced us to the neighbourhoods of Victoria, explaining what was unique about each. She quickly set up showings for us and accommodated our schedule. She answered every question with knowledge and expertise, followed up on all of the information we needed and helped us negotiate for our new home.

We cannot thank Julia enough for her patience, expertise and good humour as we searched for our new home. Her advice and recommendations were so very helpful to us. Before we left Ontario and after we arrived, she really helped to make our transition smooth.

Should selling, buying, and selling another home feel so easy? Working with Julia was like having an Olympic real estate coach. (Yes, a grand analogy but also completely accurate). From insight into the properties we viewed to counsel on the options I had and simply just helping me cope, I always felt like Julia understood my interests and had them at heart.
