Literally works around the clock and makes time for whatever schedule you may have. Will work with your own budget to find a home that is right for you and looks out for your best interest. And is very knowledgeable about the market and what adds value to a place etc… and doesn’t be little you regardless how silly a question may seem.

Julia is a true professional but what makes her such a terrific agent is the added bonus of her personality. She's unflappable under pressure and her positive, can-do attitude helped us throughout the process. Intelligent and detailoriented, she truly cares about her clients. This felt more like a respectful friendship than a transaction and we felt supported throughout. 

Should selling, buying, and selling another home feel so easy? Working with Julia was like having an Olympic real estate coach. (Yes, a grand analogy but also completely accurate). From insight into the properties we viewed to counsel on the options I had and simply just helping me cope, I always felt like Julia understood my interests and had them at heart. I never had to wonder if she'd be available to talk and her patience as we viewed dozens of properties was much greater than my own. With other realtors, I've felt rushed to a decision and pressured by their own opinions; imagine my relief to connect with Julia and realize that I could have the expertise of a seasoned realtor on my side who had no agenda aside from what would be my best outcome. Julia was so incredible to work with, and made buying my first home a surprisingly easy experience. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough-- she ensured I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision, and helped me to navigate the negotiation process with ease. She ensured that I completely understood what I was signing/why i was signing it, and was available to answer any questions as they arose. I cannot recommend Julia highly enough! 

Our decision to move from Ottawa to Victoria during COVID began with a call to Julia. She carefully listened to our description of the type of home we'd be looking for and asked all of the important questions to help narrow our focus. She explained the challenges of the Victoria real estate market, but assured us she would help us find the home we were looking for. She then set us up with a daily email containing new listings to help us get a feel for the market.

When we finally arrived, Julia introduced us to the neighbourhoods of Victoria, explaining what was unique about each. She quickly set up showings for us and accommodated our schedule. She answered every question with knowledge and expertise, followed up on all of the information we needed and helped us negotiate for our new home.

We cannot thank Julia enough for her patience, expertise and good humour as we searched for our new home. Her advice and recommendations were so very helpful to us. Before we left Ontario and after we arrived, she really helped to make our transition smooth.
