My fiancé and I began to look for a condo a few months ago and we were fortunate to find Julia Blackburn at the very beginning of our search. Julia was such an amazing guide through this whole process. Each stage she gave us all of the information to make process as simple and pleasurable as possible. Julia is hands down the best Realtor I’ve ever worked with. I would highly highly recommend her to anyone I know. Not only is she warm and personable, but Julia is incredibly responsive and eager to get to know the needs of the client, and then she works tirelessly to meet those needs. Additionally, she was super knowledgeable about regulations and policies related to the nuances of each listing we explored. When I first met Julia, things were in transition for us after the quick sale of our home, and she was a key part of helping find a beautiful new home (in record time), so that we can build new roots as a family. I am so delighted to have been able to work with her!

Should selling, buying, and selling another home feel so easy? Working with Julia was like having an Olympic real estate coach. (Yes, a grand analogy but also completely accurate). From insight into the properties we viewed to counsel on the options I had and simply just helping me cope, I always felt like Julia understood my interests and had them at heart. I never had to wonder if she'd be available to talk and her patience as we viewed dozens of properties was much greater than my own. With other realtors, I've felt rushed to a decision and pressured by their own opinions; imagine my relief to connect with Julia and realize that I could have the expertise of a seasoned realtor on my side who had no agenda aside from what would be my best outcome. My only regret is moving away and not having Julia to work with anymore! Julia is a true professional but what makes her such a terrific agent is the added bonus of her personality. She's unflappable under pressure and her positive, can-do attitude helped us throughout the process. Intelligent and detailoriented, she truly cares about her clients. This felt more like a respectful friendship than a transaction and we felt supported throughout. 

We were out of town, first time buyers, and Julia went above and beyond. She did remote showings - offering before we even asked - and made sure we felt informed, confident, and comfortable every step of the way. Beyond that, she helped us navigate multiple offer situations through her experience and knowledge, which ultimately resulted in us securing a home that checks more boxes than we could have ever imagined.

Literally works around the clock and makes time for whatever schedule you may have. Will work with your own budget to find a home that is right for you and looks out for your best interest. And is very knowledgeable about the market and what adds value to a place etc… and doesn’t be little you regardless how silly a question may seem.
