The inventory continued to be low throughout the month of December despite the high demand for properties from buyers.
There was 438 properties sold in the Victoria Real Estate Board region this December! 30.6 per cent fewer than the 631 properties sold in December 2020 and a 32.9 per cent decrease from November 2021.
We had a historic year however. A total of 10,052 properties were sold during 2021, which was 18.3 per cent more than the 8,497 that sold in 2020. Last years sales was very close to breaking 2016's record sales which where 10,622 properties sold.
